Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mail boxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your email accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other email box accounts. Simply select the e-mailbox you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your email mailboxes. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
